By using CartLean (cartlean.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
CartLean creates weekly meal plans and shopping lists based on your answers. Meal plans are generated with the help of AI and calculated nutrition data. They are suggestions for general healthy eating and budgeting.
Not medical or nutrition advice
CartLean does not provide medical, dietetic or nutrition advice and is not a substitute for a professional. Talk to your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an eating disorder, or take medication such as GLP-1 drugs. Always check product labels for allergens: we cannot guarantee that any product is free of a given allergen.
Prices and nutrition are estimates
Prices shown are estimates based on typical pack sizes and prices for your region and chosen store, not live store prices. Actual prices, pack sizes and availability vary. Nutrition values are calculated from standard reference data per ingredient and will differ from specific products.
Subscription, free trial and cancellation
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, then $9 (USD) per week, billed weekly until you cancel. One free trial per person.
- To cancel, message us from the chat button in the app, or use Manage subscription in your account menu: the Cancel option appears there 24 hours before your first charge, and right away after you message us. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the week you paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with notice by email before your next billing period.
- If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@cartlean.com and we will make it right.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use CartLean.
Fair use
Plan building has reasonable usage limits to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. Do not misuse the service, scrape it, or try to access other people's data.
Liability
CartLean is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or in the app.
